I recently completed a webcast for Hackett group on the “Importance of Senior Leadership in Effective Change”. The webcast looks at why change is important to an organisation then goes on to provide a quick overview of what is involved in organisational change management. It then focuses on the crucial role senior leadership plays in making change successful.

  1. Mobilise the organisation to want to change
  2. Have a clear and inspirational vision
  3. Lead their people to the new reality
  4. Empower their people
  5. Anchor the change into the organisation
