Change Management

change-ahead-signBackground

Change Management (or to give it it’s full name “Organisational Change Management” (OCM)) is critical to the success of many projects and initiatives in an enterprise. My blogs on this subject and particularly on “Step models of change” have consistently been at the top of the Google search rankings.

My interest in this subject originated from my IT project management work, but then became more formalised during my MBA studies. Over the last 10+ years I have been researching this in real life situations within my daily work and incorporating the approaches into key projects.

The articles on this site provide an introduction to OCM and go on to try and provide guidance and frameworks to help others be successful with Change Management.

  1. Hi Martin,

I just came across your blog. Internally OCM has been identified as an area ADM needs to understand in order to “provide guidance and frameworks to help others be successful”. Helpful articles, thanks.
